Feature 01
Multi-Platform Visibility Scoring
Wrenda runs your prompts daily across six AI platforms and computes a visibility score per platform: how often you're mentioned, where you appear in the answer, and which competitors share the page with you. When scores drop materially, drift alerts fire automatically.
- Six platforms tracked: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Overview, Grok
- Daily, weekly, or manual cadence — your choice
- Mention rate, position, and brand-vs-competitor share-of-voice
- Drift alerts when visibility moves materially (info / warning / critical)
- Country-specific results where the platform supports it

Persona Fan-Out
AI platforms answer differently depending on who's asking. Each prompt is re-asked from the perspective of every tracked persona — CMO, SEO Lead, Founder, Buyer, or any custom role you define. The result: you see whether ChatGPT recommends you to executives but ignores you to practitioners, and adjust your messaging accordingly.
What you uncover
- Audience Drift -- Where your messaging connects vs falls flat by role
- Default Personas -- CMO, SEO Lead, Founder, Buyer ship out of the box
- Custom Roles -- Add unlimited personas with your own system prompts
- Categorised Prompts -- general / brand-defence / competitor-watch / pricing / reviews / integrations
Feature 03
Competitor Source-Gap Analysis
AI answers are only as good as the sources they draw from. Wrenda diffs every cited URL across competitors and your brand, surfacing the exact third-party domains feeding the answers your competitor wins — and that you're missing from. Each gap becomes an actionable outreach target.
- Per-competitor source-gap diff (G2, Capterra, ProductHunt, Reddit, Medium, etc.)
- Domain-level frequency: how often each is cited with the competitor
- Last-seen date so you know what's active right now
- AI-generated battlecards: positioning, strengths, weaknesses, counter-messages
- Citation opportunities scored by importance (red ≥70, amber ≥40, cyan <40)

Four steps from setup to insight
From brand registration to drift alerts in under 10 minutes.
Step 01
Add your brand & competitors
Register your brand name, domain, and aliases. Add the competitor brands you want to benchmark against — Wrenda detects when each appears in any AI response.
Step 02
Define prompts & personas
Add the questions your category gets asked, categorised by intent (brand-defence, competitor-watch, product-discovery, pricing, reviews, integrations). Bring your own personas or use the four built-in defaults.
Step 03
Run automatically
On your chosen cadence — daily, weekly, or manual — Wrenda fans out every prompt across every persona on every platform, parses citations, and updates visibility scores.
Step 04
Get alerted on drift
When visibility on a platform moves materially, drift alerts surface in Settings → Alerts alongside your usage and error rules. Click through to see exactly which prompts changed.

AI Citation Tracking FAQs
How GEO measurement works and what to expect.
GEO is the practice of optimising content so AI engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini cite your brand when answering user questions. Where SEO targets ranking in a list of blue links, GEO targets being named, quoted or linked inside an AI-generated answer. Wrenda measures GEO performance the same way rank trackers measure SEO.
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot and Grok. Each tracked prompt is run against every enabled platform on each tracking cycle, with full response capture so you can see exactly how each engine answers and what sources it cites.
Each prompt × platform × persona combination produces a response. We score on three axes: mention rate (how often your brand appears at all), brand position (how prominent the mention is — first paragraph, footnote, etc.), and share-of-voice (your brand mentions vs competitor mentions in the same response). The composite visibility score is normalised 0–100 per platform.
Drift alerts fire when your visibility on a tracked platform changes by more than a configurable threshold (default 15% week-over-week). They flag both gains and losses, with severity (warning / critical) based on magnitude. They're the AI-search equivalent of a rank-tracking position alert.
A source gap is a third-party domain that AI engines cite when answering questions about your category, but never cite back to you. These are high-value link-building targets — getting cited by them puts your brand in the AI engine's evidence pool. Wrenda surfaces the top source gaps per tracked brand each week.
Daily, weekly or manual on demand — configurable per tenant. Each run consumes from your monthly query quota: Starter 200, Professional 1,000, Enterprise 5,000. Quota counts (prompt × persona × platform) combinations — so 10 prompts × 1 persona × 5 platforms = 50 queries per run.
Yes. Add competitor brands and aliases under each tracked brand and Wrenda separates competitor citations from your own in every report. Share-of-voice and "battlecards" surface where competitors are winning the answer.
