By accessing or using Wrenda.AI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.

2. Description of Service

The Service is operated by Wrenda of 33 John Ireland Way, Pulborough, West Sussex, United Kingdom (“Wrenda”, “we”, “us”). Wrenda provides a web optimization platform that helps websites deliver optimized responses to AI crawlers, search engines, and human visitors. The Service includes:

• AI crawler detection and response optimization
• Edge caching and content delivery
• Analytics and reporting
• Pre-rendering services
• Custom rules engine
• AI Citations: tracking of mentions of your brand and competitors across third-party AI platforms, using a third-party data provider to submit prompts and collect responses

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial that does not require a payment method; if no subscription is active when the trial ends, the Service continues to pass your traffic through unmodified and paid features are paused until you subscribe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wrenda.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and cache your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrenda.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
