The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wrenda.AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and cache your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrenda.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
